RedDoorz near PNR Espana Station

I am greatful how respectful and accommodating the staff are. They pay attention on what you need and very helpful. The area is close to where i wanna go. The peace and silence while you stay is amazing mind you it is near train station and residential area. Nice space and aircon is really good during the time i stay the hot temperature was really high. Note: Do not hesitate to ask the staff if you need anything else even for the things maybe you think is not included in what u pay for you will never know unless you ask and you will be surprised. It doesn't have kitchenette but its fine You will be surrounded with places you can just buy. They have kettles and cups saucer glass and teaspoon you dont need to worry about water and the place os clean and you will feel at home surprisingly compare to higher paying places which you will be disappointed many time I discover mostly of reddoors places are more often satisfying than any higher paying places O have been.

I love that it's just 2-storey making it safer to take refuge after an earthquake. I just live nearby, in a high rise condominium, and wanted to have a go-to house for possible aftershocks. It's super secure also with the dead bolt lock and steel gate. You need to have a booking in advance for them to let you in during wee-hours. This is primarily because it is located in a kinda slumish neighborhood. The feel of the place is very homey. It's like I'm visiting an ancestral house but this one's cleaner and has a touch of being modern, at least with the toilet. The ac is super cold, I like it. Oh, and they gave me a complimentary tall bottle of cold drinking water.

Pretty good neighborhood. Friendly staff.
